In VS 2008 (using C#), code not being extracted/added to .snippet file

I highlight the code within the editor, but each time I export, the code is not populated in the CDATA section. Everything else seems to be working fine though.

Installation completes but fails

Installation completed but failed. See attached details from installer. System is WinXP Pro - VS 2008

French installer

Is there an English version of the installer? I am running a very standard WindowsXP environment in English, but the installer displays only French with no option to choose English that I can under...
